Ladies and Gentlemen,

Here it is the beginning of October, I just can’t believe how time flies. Before you know it we will be having Thanksgiving Dinner with the family and then Christmas will be upon us.

My tenure is three quarters complete, I just can’t believe it.

The Western Regional Chapter’s membership is holding at 821. I miss quoted this number in my last message.

My wife and I just returned from the Western State Auto Investigators Central Chapters 3 day Training Seminar in Monterey, California.

During the outstanding training program we held our annual Western Regional Elections and Business Meeting.

Attending the General Chapter Meeting and the conference were IAATA’s 1st Vice President Henry Brune and 3rd Vice President Joe Brosius. Both gave a short talk about the International conference in Sidney, Australia during the chapter meeting.

1st Vice President Brune presented to the Western Regional Chapter a check from the International Association to help defray the cost of training in the region.

During our meeting it was discussed and voted on that the 2009 Western Regional Chapters General Meeting will be held during the AATIA Training Seminar.

Also during the chapter meeting the following members were elected to the WRC Executive Board for 2009:
